For the Maxcess International building, Valriya supported a lighting upgrade across all three facilities with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and performance. The existing spaces were previously illuminated using a mix of 200W T5 CFL and 400W HPS fixtures, creating maintenance and efficiency challenges. To streamline operations, the maintenance team requested a single fixture solution that could be used uniformly across all locations. Working closely with the facility manager, Valriya provided a 200W, 5000K configuration with 0–10V dimming, delivering high lumen output, improved energy efficiency, and simplified maintenance while meeting the performance needs of each facility.
