RETURN POLICY
STANDARD PRODUCTS
Product returns must be requested and returned within ninety (90) days from date of purchase in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Special order, modified and custom-made products are not returnable. Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please reach out to your sales representative or service@valriya.com with any questions.
Emergency drivers are not returnable if opened and/or installed.
Emergency lighting is returnable at the discretion of Valriya management and must be requested and returned within 21 days. Emergency Lighting is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
RETURN PROCESS

Credit will be issued upon return and inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee.
